Dylan and Cooper love the party life, smoking pot, and telling outrageous conspiracy theories to one another. But one day their conspiracy theory phone conversation triggers an alarm in a secret underground government bunker. A no-nonsense military man named Mr. Sorensen has been waiting nearly 50 years for this moment. He needs to find out what secrets Dylan and Cooper know.
The boys persuade Mr. Sorensen into letting them help out in the underground bunker that lays hidden under a public park. Mr. Sorensen teaches them everything from self defense to spotting a Communist. But their party life and immaturity put the bunker in grave peril.
Now its up to them to stop being reckless adolescents and take a step up to manhood.
